In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless context clearly requires otherwise:

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account on all303, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by applicable law. all303 primarily serves players residing in Indonesia; it is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of the Platform is lawful in your location.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction as defined by all303 from time to time.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of all303 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from all303 or had an Account closed by all303 for a breach of these Terms.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

all303 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension or closure.

To access the full range of services available on all303, you must register a Player Account. The following rules apply to the registration and ongoing management of your Account:

3.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one Account on all303. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or a different one — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances therein.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. All information must match the identity documents you submit during KYC verification.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). all303 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other unsolicited channel. You must notify all303 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

3.4 KYC Verification. Before processing any withdrawal request, all303 will require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This typically involves submitting a copy of a government-issued photo ID (Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP, passport, or SIM), and may also require proof of address and/or proof of the payment method used for deposits. all303 may request additional documentation at its discretion. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the timeframe specified cannot access withdrawal functionality.

3.5 Account Currency. All Account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on all303 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No currency conversion is applied; what you deposit in Rupiah is held and managed in Rupiah.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods. all303 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following local payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp).

4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits are generally credited to your Account in real time or within a short automated processing window. all303 does not impose deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges. Minimum deposit amounts are set per payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by all303 within the timeframes displayed on the Platform — typically under five minutes during Western Indonesia Time (WIB, UTC+7) business hours for approved requests. Withdrawal requests submitted outside business hours or during peak periods may take longer. all303 does not guarantee specific processing times where delays arise from third-party banking infrastructure.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance (Bonus Funds are subject to separate wagering conditions before conversion to withdrawable funds).
• The withdrawal destination must be a payment account registered in your own legal name. all303 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• all303 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal request deemed unusual in size or frequency.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. all303 operates in compliance with applicable international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. Any transaction or pattern of transactions that appears inconsistent with legitimate gambling activity may be flagged for review, delayed, or declined. Players found to be using the Platform to facilitate money laundering or financial fraud will have their Accounts permanently closed and the matter reported to relevant authorities.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. all303 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which are published on the Platform at the time the promotion is active. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds awarded by all303 are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted into withdrawable real-money funds. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and time limit applicable to each bonus are stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering on games with an RTP above a stated threshold may be excluded or contribute at a reduced rate toward fulfilling wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility. all303 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a Player is eligible for any specific bonus or promotion. Players who are found to have abused the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine wagering intent, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional structures — will have their Bonus Funds forfeited and may have their Accounts suspended.

5.4 Seasonal and Special Promotions. all303 may run promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events and public holidays, including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and Chinese New Year (Imlek). These promotions are time-limited, and all303 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not adversely affect a bonus already in active use by a Player.

5.5 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds and free spins that are not used within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion terms will expire automatically. Expired Bonus Funds are removed from the Account without compensation.

6.1 Accepted Wagers. All bets placed on all303 are final once confirmed by the Platform. It is the Player's sole responsibility to verify the details of any wager — including the selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirming the bet. all303 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or void wagers after they have been confirmed, except where an obvious technical error or data feed failure has occurred.

6.2 Sportsbook Markets. all303's sportsbook covers a broad range of sporting events, including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, Piala AFF, FIFA World Cup qualifiers, badminton (Thomas Cup, Uber Cup, All England, Indonesia Open), MotoGP, basketball, volleyball, and E-sports (Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, Free Fire). Market availability is subject to change. Bandar bola (football bookmaking) and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) markets are subject to their own supplementary rules, which are accessible within the sportsbook interface.

6.3 Void and Cancelled Events. If a sporting event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned before the minimum time required for bets to stand (as defined by all303's individual sport rules), all wagers on that event will be voided and stakes returned to Players' Accounts. In the case of mix parlay bets, a voided selection is treated as a non-runner; the accumulator continues with the remaining legs at adjusted odds.

6.4 Live / In-Play Betting. Live betting markets are updated in real time and are subject to suspension or removal at any time at all303's discretion. all303 reserves the right to void live bets placed after an event outcome has been determined but before the relevant market has been suspended, where the Platform can demonstrate that the result was known at the time the bet was placed.

6.5 Casino and Slot Games. The outcome of all casino and slot games on all303 is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Each game's published Return to Player (RTP) figure represents a long-run statistical average and does not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session. Game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and PG Soft, each operate under their own independently certified RNG systems.

6.6 Togel Markets. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets on all303 follow the draw schedules and result verification processes of the respective official draw sources. all303 publishes draw results as soon as they are confirmed. In the event of a dispute regarding a togel result, the official draw result as published by the original draw authority shall be determinative.

6.7 Maximum Winnings. all303 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits per single bet or per day, per Player. Applicable limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. Where a calculated payout would exceed the stated maximum, the payout is capped at the maximum figure.

7.1 Commitment. all303 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. Gambling is intended to be an entertainment activity and must never be pursued as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses.

7.2 Player Tools. all303 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within your Account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.

• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently suspend access to your Account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, all promotional communications from all303 will be suppressed.

7.3 Age Restriction. all303 enforces a strict 21+ age restriction. Players are required to confirm their age at registration and may be required to submit documentary proof at any time. Any Account found to be operated by a person under 21 will be closed immediately and any funds returned to the depositing payment account after deduction of any winnings generated.

8.1 Ownership. All content on the all303 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and data — is the intellectual property of all303 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

8.2 Limited License. all303 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, strictly in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express prior written permission from all303.

8.3 Prohibited Use. You must not use any automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers, or data extraction software) to access, extract, or copy any data or content from the Platform. Any attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Platform's software or security systems is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability.

9.1 Platform Availability. all303 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors, interruptions, or data loss. While all303 targets a platform uptime of 99.9%, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability. all303 is not liable for any loss arising from Platform downtime or technical failure.

9.2 Wagering Losses. all303 accepts no liability for any wagering losses incurred by Players. The risk of financial loss is inherent in gambling. By using all303, you acknowledge and accept that risk in full.

9.3 Indirect Losses. To the maximum extent permitted by law, all303 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if all303 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

9.4 Cap on Liability. Where all303's liability cannot be excluded by law, all303's aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.5 Third-Party Services. all303 is not responsible for the performance, availability, or content of third-party services, including payment processors, game studios, or data feed providers, even where those services are integrated into or accessed via the Platform.

10.1 Termination by Player. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting all303 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

10.2 Termination by all303. all303 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time and without prior notice where all303 reasonably determines that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• You have provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• You have engaged in fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, collusion, money laundering, or any other conduct prejudicial to the integrity of the Platform.
• Your Account is operating in a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Continuing to operate your Account would expose all303 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

10.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination for breach of these Terms, all303 reserves the right to forfeit all balances (real-money and bonus) held in the Account. Where termination is not attributable to a breach by the Player, any real-money balance will be returned in full following applicable identity verification checks.

11.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which all303 is incorporated and licensed internationally. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.

11.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising between you and all303 in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting all303 customer support. all303 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and endeavor to provide a substantive response within 15 business days.

11.3 Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the informal complaints process, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitration body designated by all303's licensing authority. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

11.4 No Class Actions. Any dispute must be brought by you as an individual. You agree to waive any right to participate in class-action proceedings against all303 to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

12.1 Right to Amend. all303 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantively alter your rights or obligations — all303 will provide reasonable advance notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, notifying registered Players by email or in-platform notification.

12.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 10.1.

12.3 Version History. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated in the page header above. all303 maintains records of previous versions and will make them available on request.
